Job Summary:
We’re seeking a talented UI/UX Designer and Front-End Developer with strong JavaScript expertise to join our team! This role is ideal for someone with a passion for creating visually stunning and user-friendly web experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain user interfaces with an emphasis on seamless user experience.
- Utilize your expertise in HTML5, CSS3 (animations, Flexbox), JavaScript, and Bootstrap. Proficient in WordPress development and design tools like Adobe XD/Figma. to bring dynamic functionality to designs.
- Collaborate with designers and developers to ensure cohesive, visually appealing, and functional interfaces.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in Front-End Development, with hands-on experience in UI/UX.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Design, or a related field preferred. If you have the skills but a non-traditional background, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Skills:
Front-End Development:
- Advanced JavaScript skills, with a solid understanding of jQuery, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Familiarity with responsive design principles to create interfaces that adapt across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
Design Systems & Tools:
- Proficiency in Material Design, Bootstrap, or similar design systems to ensure interface consistency.
- Proficiency in design tools like Photoshop, Canva, Adobe XD, Illustrator, and AJAX for creating and optimizing UI components and graphics.
Graphic & Visual Design:
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and spacing to create visually engaging designs.
- Ability to design and optimize graphics and assets for enhanced performance and fast loading times.
Browser Compatibility:
- Knowledge of cross-browser/platform compatibility (e.g., Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, Opera) for a consistent user experience.
Personal Attributes:
- A collaborative team player open to new ideas and creative problem-solving.
- Comfortable with the full development lifecycle, from initial conception to final testing and iteration.
